Priya LalBachan and her sister Corinna continue to live in Watford, serving God in the children’s ministry of Garston Community Church, where they have been since 2020.
After returning from Trinidad in July 2022, having been approved as candidates in training for CEF Britain, Priya and Corinna lived for a while in Newbury and considered whether God was calling them to build a new CEF ministry in that area.
From 24-26 October 2022 they led a Holiday Bible Club with the children at the Redeemed Christian Church of God in the Riverside Community Centre, Newbury. The image shows the advertisement for the HBC.
Priya and Corinna graduated from the Children’s Ministry Leadership Course (CMLC), having completed part 2 at the Seaview Camp and Conference Centre in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland in December 2022.
At Redeemed Christian Church of God in the Riverside Community Centre, Newbury the children’s and youth ministry is led by Joanna Abraham, who also graduated from the CMLC in December 2022.
Priya and Corinna are now based in the Watford area. They are arranging deputation meetings and building a future support team by sharing their future ministry with potential supporters and with local churches. Their financial support is starting to grow and they are on the threshold of pioneering a CEF ministry in Watford. They are sponsored with Tier 5 Religious Worker visas.
