Weekly children’s club

A Good News Club® is a weekly Bible club for children aged 4-11. It commences in September/October and usually runs until Easter.

What are the aims?

  • To systematically teach the Bible using a 4 year curriculum
  • To reach unreached children with the Gospel
  • To provide teaching for Christian children and to encourage spiritual growth
  • To work together with the church to see these children established in a local church

Each week the children meet for an action packed hour!

Clubs can be held in a variety of places:

  • Homes
  • Schools
  • Community centres/houses
  • Mission halls or church halls

How can I get involved?

  • Pray for the children and the teachers
  • Be a helper in a club
  • Open your home and host a club
  • Be a Good News Club leader – responsible for the club programme

All Good News Club volunteers are trained by CEF and have been cleared by the appropriate Child Protection System. Teachers are also required to sign the CEF Statement of Faith.
